Wineman & Komer Building Company is managed by two experienced professionals who bring diverse expertise and sophistication to the company.

Richard Komer has over 30 years of experience in the building industry, serving as legal counsel for Republic Development Corporation followed by Biltmore Properties. In his present capacity as President of Wineman & Komer, he serves as Chief Executive Officer with responsibility for land development, sales and marketing. He is active in and serves on the Board of Directors of the Building Industry Association of Southeastern Michigan, the Michigan Association of Home Builders, the National Association of Home Builders and is Trustee of the National Council of Seniors Housing.

Henry Wineman II began his career as an attorney, and expanded his expertise working for Wineman Investment Co., a family real estate investment and development business which has been in existence for over 100 years. He now serves as Secretary/Treasurer of Wineman & Komer, where he is responsible for both financial and administrative functions while working in the capacity of Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer.
