The Wineman & Komer Custom Home Team will develop a close
working relationship with you and your architect throughout your
project, ensuring that your home is functional, well-conceived,
cost-efficient, and true to your initial design objectives.
The Custom Home Group supervises every custom project from
conception through completion.
Marilyn McLellan is Special Projects Manager of the Custom
Home Group. She serves as a direct liaison between the architect,
designer and client. She also coordinates finish trades and suppliers,
and works with clients to develop selections.
Richard Lesnew draws on his extensive background in field
construction, architecture and drafting to direct design review,
estimating, scheduling and purchasing functions.
We are very selective about everyone who works on your home.
We have strong relationships with experienced suppliers and tradespeople,
permitting us to achieve both competitive pricing and superior
quality control.
